Tastings by appointment only:
Our focus is on delivering meaningful and memorable tasting experiences that match guests at their stage in their wine journey. Private tastings are held at Grand Cru Custom Crush, our Winemaking and Hospitality Home, and are intended for groups of eight of less.
All Tastings are hosted by proprietors Brian & Sheree Thornsberry. We curate tastings with a selection of local cheeses, charcuterie, breads, and other special bites . . . sensitive to our guests preferences . . . and complimentary to our wines.
The private tasting includes a tour of our production facility and barrel samples of our current vintages. Plan to spend 90 minutes with us.
Private Tasting Details
The tasting fee is $50 per person and a card card is required at the time of reservation to hold your appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time will be charged tasting fees.
Accommodations for parties larger than eight can be made with advance notice. We also host both virtual and in-home tastings upon special request.
Private VIP Experience and Tasting
Join us for a private tasting experience where we will begin our journey in the vineyards with a bottle of sparkling wine made from the same block of grapes where we made our first vintage Pinot Noir.
Following an education of all things related to the vineyard, we will return to our Winemaking and Hospitality Home, Grand Cru Custom Crush, for a tour of the production facility followed by a lunch pairing of your wine country favorites and the Innumero current releases.
